A Page Plus esn change is the process of moving one phone off of your Page Plus Cellular phone number, and moving another phone to your Page Plus phone number. There are a few things to consider when doing a Page Plus esn change.
- Doing a Page Plus esn change will not change your Page Plus phone number.
- Doing a Page Plus esn change will not cause you to lose your balance attached to your phone number.
- We can only process an esn change during business hours.
- If you are going to do an esn change to the Page Plus 4G service, you will need to be on at least the $29.95 Monthly Plan. Standard plans do not qualify.
There are several actions that do not require an esn change to take place. If you are moving from one 4G phone, to another 4G phone, you do not need to do an esn change. You simply need to take the sim card out of your phone, and move it to the new phone that you want to use. This will automatically start your service on the new phone, and your minutes, text, and data will carry over to the new phone. If your new phone does not take the sim size sim card as your old phone, you will need to order a new Page Plus 4G LTE sim card, and have either us or Page Plus complete the move for you. We will not charge you for this, and you can simply contact us to have this done. Please note that to start using a 4G phone on Page Plus, the phone must be a Verizon 4G phone, and you must have a Page Plus 4g LTE Sim card. You cannot use a 4G phone without a Page Plus issued sim card.
