Prepay Refill offers 2 different types of auto pays for Page Plus Cellular.

  1. Monthly auto pay.
  2. Standard plan auto pay.

Page Plus Monthly Plan Auto Pay

On Page Plus Cellular, when you have a monthly plan, the plan is due on the same time every month. When you forget to renew your plan on time, the phone will automatically stop working if you do not have a cash balance to cover you. Most people, simply have too much going on to remember to pay their cell phone bill on the same day every month. Prepay Refill has a system that will bill your credit card every month and automatically apply a monthly plan to your account to keep your phone on and working at all times.

  2. What time of the day do you charge my credit card?
    • We charge your card, and “stack” airtime to your account 3 days before your expiration date.
  3. What time is the monthly plan loaded to my account?
    • The monthly plan is loaded to your Page Plus Cellular account, during normal business hours, 3 days before your account expires with the carrier. If your plan renews on the 15th of the month, we will first attempt to charge your card and refill your account on the 12th of the month. If not successful we will email you a reminder and attempt again on the 14th of the month. If still not successful, we will try one more time on the 15th of the month.
  4. Is there a charge for using the Page Plus Cellular auto pay service through Prepay Refill.
    • No! We do not charge anything extra for putting your bill on auto pay.
  5. Can I change my plan if I am signed up on Prepay Refill’s auto pay service for Page Plus Cellular?
  6. Can I change the credit card that is used to charge my Page Plus account?
  7. Can I have you renew my plan early if I run out of a certain feature?
    • Yes. Simply send an email to support@prepayrefill.com or give us a call. We can renew your plan early, and change the date you are billed moving forward.
  8. How can I cancel my Page Plus auto pay, through Prepay Refill?
    • It is easy. Log into your account at  https://www.prepayrefill.com/my-account/ and click the “modify” button next to the phone number you would like to cancel. Confirm your cancellation and you will not be charged again.
  9. Can I set up my auto pay today, and have it charge on a date in the future?
      • Absolutely! When you sign up for Page Plus auto pay, and do not want it to start immediately, we will charge your card $0.25, and refund this back to your card within 72 hours. We will then proceed as normal refilling your account for you.

 

Page Plus Standard Plan Auto Pay

On Page Plus Cellular, when you have a standard plan, the plan can be due at any time. Standard plans on Page Plus are “pay as you go plans”, but the balances are only good for so many days. The $10, $25, and $50 standard plans on Page Plus Cellular have a life of 120 days. The $80 standard plan on Page Plus Cellular, has a life of up to 365 days. Prepay Refill offers 30 and 120 day auto renewals for all four standard plans, and 365 day renewals for the $80 standard plan.
